Official Rules
The terms that govern the Yung English monthly Artist Challenge.
The full official rules are being finalised. The sections below outline what they will cover; the final wording will replace this text before the first paid challenge month begins.
Eligibility
Who may enter, age and location requirements, and rights requirements for the submitted song.
How to enter
Entry is made through the Yung English submit form with the entry fee paid in full. Entry does not guarantee approval or airplay.
Entry fee
The fee is a submission fee for review and processing. Fees are described at the point of entry.
Contest period
Entries accepted in one month compete in the following month. Eligibility begins on the first day of that contest month.
How the winner is decided
Rankings are based on eligible listener likes recorded during the contest month.
Fair play
Automated, purchased or otherwise manipulated likes may be invalidated and the entry disqualified.
Prize
The monthly prize amount, how it is paid, and any tax or documentation requirements.
Changes
Yung English may adjust contest dates, prize terms or these rules.
